What is Finkeros?
Finkeros.com is a Colombian site for renting fincas by the night and for buying or selling fincas, country houses and rural lots. Owners list their finca with price, capacity, photos and location, and travelers or buyers get in touch with them directly. Finkeros is not an agency or a tour operator: it charges no booking commission and does not collect payment for the stay.
Finkeros in numbers
Figures from our database as of September 27, 2026:
- 1,726 fincas listed: 1,596 for nightly rental and 130 for sale.
- Fincas in 220 municipalities across 22 departments of Colombia.
- 2,150 contacts from travelers to owners in the last 30 days: 1,751 asked to see the phone number and 399 sent a message.
Contacts have been recorded since August 27, 2026; there is no comparable count before that date.
How does it work if you’re looking for a finca?
You search by municipality, department or region, and filter by price and type. Each finca’s listing shows the photos, capacity and published nightly price. To book, tap Show phone or Contact and talk directly to the owner or whoever manages the finca. Dates, payment and terms are agreed between the two of you; Finkeros is not part of that agreement.
Fincas with the Finca Aprobada seal were visited by Finkeros, which checked that the photos and information match reality.
How does it work for owners?
- Listing a finca: COP 99,900 per year, for rent or for sale.
- Finca Aprobada: COP 439,900 per year. Rental fincas only.
- Featured Finca: COP 59,900 for three months. The finca appears on the home page.
Contacts reach the owner with no middlemen and no booking commission. List your finca.
