Travelers contact you directly. No booking commissions.
- They call you. Anyone interested in your finca gets your cell number and talks to you. We don’t act as a go-between for the booking.
- You set the price. You pay a flat yearly fee to list, and whatever you charge is yours.
- People find you by municipality and region. Your finca shows up in the searches of people planning a trip to that area.
- You know how many looked for you. In your profile you can see how many people asked for your phone number, finca by finca.
What makes people call you
Whether anyone writes to you depends on what you write here. This is what matters most, in order.
- Six photos or more. The first one decides whether people open your finca or scroll past. Make it the pool or the view, not the front gate. You upload them after you finish this form.
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s the first thing everyone asks. If it’s missing, they write to ask or move on to the finca next door.
- How to get there. From which city, how long it takes, whether the last stretch is an unpaved road.
- What’s nearby. The river, the town, the park, the neighboring finca that offers horseback rides.
One rule: don’t put your phone number or links to other websites in the description. Your number goes in its own field and we give it to anyone who wants to contact you, so we can tell you how many people asked for it.
